TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2011/2012

Children:

-    Free lodging for any child under 5 as an extra person and sharing his room with 2 adults

On request and free of charge:

-    Baby cot
-    Baby phone
-    Baby bottle warmer
-    Humidifier
-    High chair

Extra charge:

-    Full Board : 40,-€ per person
-    Christmas Eve : 53,- € per adult and 20,- € per child (between 5 & 12 years old)
-    New Year’s Eve party : 175,- € per adult and 75,- € per child (between 5 & 12 years old)
-    Orthodox Christmas Eve : 55,- € per adult and 23,-€ per child (between 5 & 12 years old)
-    Animals: 40,- € per day (food not included).  Animals are not allowed in the restaurant, lounge or swimming pool area/spa
-    Room service is charged at 2.50€ per service and will be added to the final bill
-    Double rooms for sole occupancy : rates on request

Reservation terms:

For each reservation, a deposit representing 40% (minimum one night) of the total amount of the stay is required to be done by Swift bank transfer (please indicate the guest’s name) as confirmation.

Alterations to a reservation: for either late arrival or curtailing the reservation earlier than expected the full amount for the reservation will be due.  In the case of half board, meals are not reimbursed if they are not taken.
Payment by credit card, will incur a surcharge of 3% on the full amount of sundries (ski pass, taxi, ski instructors …)

Cancellation terms:

Low Season:
-    Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit can be used for other dates within the same season.
-    Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the total deposit will be kept by the hotel.
High Season:
-    Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit can be used for other dates within the same season.
-    Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, the total deposit will be kept by the hotel.

We suggest our clients take out travel insurance to cover the eventuality of cancellation


The rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.  On the day of the departure rooms must be freed by 11am.
Luggage storage and shower room are available to our clients if they have a later departure.

In the case of a late departure before 3pm, if requested and if possible, an additional 25% of the cost of the room will apply. After 6pm an additional night's fee will apply.

We stay at your disposal should you need to book any massage, ski instructor, ski passes or taxi transfer.
